However, the actual product or packaging you receive may differ slightly from what is displayed onscreen due to screen resolution, photography, inaccuracies in descriptive text, or changes by manufacturers. We cannot guarantee an exact product appearance, specifications, or functionality will match what is displayed online.
Online Product Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product pricing displayed online is current and accurate. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur, such as cases when the price listed online is significantly different than suggested retail pricing for a product. In the event a product’s price is significantly inaccurate, we will cancel and refund any orders placed for that product. Shipping & Delivery

We cannot guarantee firm delivery dates or specific arrival times, but will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner.
Order Cancellation

If an order is enroute or already delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations initiated within 24 hours of order placement typically qualify for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with products you purchase through thepowertorque.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, items must be in original unused condition with original tags/packaging. Simply contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and provide reason for dissatisfaction. Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or send a prepaid box.
Once we receive the return, refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days. We will refund the full purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees. In cases where merchandise is damaged, defective, materially different than displayed, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide free shipping on the return.
Warranty & Defects
Power Torque® backs its tools with robust warranties against material defects and workmanship issues. If your new tool is confirmed to have a covered defect or manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it at our discretion as stated in the warranty terms.
In warranty cases, customers are responsible for shipping items to our service center for assessment. We cover return shipping costs back to the customer. If damage occurs due to wear and tear or user error and is not a covered defect, we can still repair tools at customer expense on a case by case basis.
